Animation period 4
In the second year of SiNTLUCAS the exams start. One of them is animation.
I made the animation in ancient chinese painting style. It was something differend and challenging to do.
A lot of time is spent into it, I hope you enjoy it.

What I wanted to achieve with this animation was to learn a new technique for drawing and make something as old as ancient chinese paintings more modern.
It was a challange to make such a technique on the computer, these paintings are made on paper with watercolours.
I also wanted to show my dreams through this animation.

In the time I was making character design I saw fallen and I really liked one of the boys in the movie, that one badboy who is soft from the inside that was my inspiration for the boy.
For the girl I wanted to make a more stereotypical wiccan girl, with the head and big glasses.

Even if the characters should live in this modern community, now, I still wanted that they had this ancient chinese look.
The girl has a long skirt till her ankles and big flowy sleeves.
The boy has this wide shirt with knot buttons and a wide collar.
