For this assignment I had to make a cubeworld based on these 4 words:
Era: 50's
Theme: Creepy
Place: Siberia
Must have: Giant mirror

I had to invent a short story and make it in 3D.
Some files went lost during the process so it was a real fight against the time, there are some imperfections.
Luckly I had a lot of help of a couple of teachers, I even managed to make my first specular and normal maps.

Story

Around 1951 there was a diner in a little unknown town of central Siberia. This diner was supposed to be a nice place for people to eat or drink, but due to the weather the diner started to fall apart.
The accidents that happened were so much that people actually thought it was cursed. Rumors started spreading and the diner bit by bit went empty.
The poor owner didn't know what to do, the diner was his only income and he had a family to look after. He started drinking.
After another evening of a lot of drinking the owner came back to an empty home, his wife and kids went away since he became mad and aggressive.

The years passed and people started to vanish. It didn't take long to understand that there was a serial killer on the loose.
When the police started to investigate they found the corpses in the diner.
The first person that came to mind was the bar owner.
When the police got in the house of the owner they found a hanged man. The man had a ripped off face and mutilated body. Still, on the papers was written down that it was the bar owner. He got immediately off the suspect list.
Still people started to vanish and some swore they saw the bar owner around. The people who said that, got killed a bit after they spread that rumor.

Rumor started to say that the ghost of the bar owner kills his victims. Others who were more logical think that the hanged man in the bar owners house was someone else, someone to use as a decoy.
Some people think that the diner is a secret hideout, but nobody knows for sure.
